Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of HYPEE (https://hypee.lol) — the public leaderboard, creator pages, checkout, and related features. By using the service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service and do not pay for a ranking.

Operator

The service is operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor based in India. Legal and listing notices: contact@hypee.lol. These Terms work together with the public Rules; where they conflict, these Terms control.

What the service is

HYPEE is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a social profile and occupy a rank based on the amount paid. Listings are paid placements — not endorsements, certifications, reviews, or independent rankings of any kind. Nothing on the board measures reach, engagement, or influence.

A payment buys a position on the board at the rank that amount can take when it is fulfilled. It does not buy traffic, clicks, followers, brand deals, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a rank, or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including boards, niches, and pricing rules.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• If you use the service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
• You may not use the service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law, including sanctions.

Listings must be yours

You may only list a profile you own or are authorised to represent. Listing another person without authorisation, impersonating anyone, or listing an account belonging to a person under 18 is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Payments and taxes

Checkout is processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store card numbers or UPI credentials. Razorpay’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself. Amounts are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Completing checkout is an offer to buy ranking placement on the terms shown before payment. Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed and the listing is written to the board.

No refunds

All payments are final. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Being outranked later, dropping off the Today board after 24 hours, fewer clicks than you hoped for, a niche you dislike, downtime, or removal for breach does not create a refund. Chargebacks without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove the listing and refuse future use. See the Refunds page.

Your warranties

• You have the right to list that profile and to send visitors to it.
• The listing and its destination comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer, privacy, and intellectual-property rules.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or company.
• The destination is not malware, phishing, or a scam.
• The information you submit is accurate and you will keep it accurate.

Prohibited listings and use

• Sexual, pornographic, or adult-platform content.
• Chat, invite, or messaging-group links, and link shorteners hiding a destination.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
• Counterfeit goods or infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Offers requiring licences you do not hold, including certain financial, medical, gambling, or weapons-related offers.
• Interfering with the service: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, manipulating click counts, bypassing rate limits, or automated rank claims without written permission.

Our right to remove listings

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorise, hide, or permanently remove any listing or rank, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, or the law may have been broken, where a rights holder or platform complains, or where a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Third-party content

To run the board we display publicly available information about listed profiles: display names, handles, and avatars. We use that material only to identify the listing and to show visitors where a click goes. If you are a rights holder and object, contact us and we will remove it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [YOUR CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
